"A mid-size estate located in the North, surrounded by new built ECs and existing HDB dwellings with plentiful of pools (too many I think). Upon completion of the HDB blocks, adjacent to La Casa, the residents will get to enjoy a conveniently located food court, supermarket, childcare and other shops other than the existing ones at Vista Point."
