"Nice and quiet-ish cul-de-sac condo just opposite potong pasir area. It's a little hard to drive in, but that makes it quieter location to live in. It's a small development, and we viewed a 775 sf unit which is good enough for a small family or 1-2 pax. Pool on 2nd floor that can swim short distances. The only thing to note is that if your unit is near the highway, it is noisier (ongoing traffic noise) as opposed to facing the private residence side. The ideal unit should be facing the river and at the private residential side. Gym size is good enough for workout too. Plus point is freehold."

"This place is such great value for money. Fantastic apartment,lovely room, clean bathroom with hot water. Staff were very friendly. Absolutely recommend this apartment , nice restaurant near by apArtment , MRT train in 5 min walk distance."
