According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Newton One is a larger boutique condo in Newton. The property manager is excellent at keeping facilities up to date. New gym equipment a new kids playground in the last few months. Just 2 mins to the DT/NS MRT and close to PIE and ECP. It's a "Forever Freehold" with a premium address of 1 Newton - the building is one of a kind."

"Great place to live. Located right across the Newton MRT blue and red line interchange. One stop to Orchard and one stop to the Novena medical district. Direct MRT to downtown. Prestigious ACS and SJI schools are within 1km. Everything you could want is within arms reach."

"Newton One is located less than 5-minute walking distance from Newton MRT Station. Also located near the popular Newton Food Centre. Fun fact: A scene from the movie Crazy Rich Asians was filmed at Newton Food Centre. Orchard Road, a major shopping belt in Singapore, is just a few bus stops away from the condominium."
