"If you drove over there , the duration after exit highway from CTE to seletar west link to yishun dam to North gaia about 10-15min... It's kind of jam with many big trunk around during peak hr. And soon there will be more traffic cameras that start to install that area. Bus services about 5 min walk and 5 stop to the interchange."

"Located at the junction of Yishun Ave 9 and Yishun Ave 8, North Gaia is a new development that will be situated near Junction 9 mall and the upcoming Yishun Sports Hall. This development is within close proximity to several amenities and is also within close proximity to the expressway via Yishun Ave 8. If you work in the CBD, you will have an easy time getting to and from work. This development is slated to be completed by 2026, which is approximately 4 years away."

"I was looking to invest in a new property and the North Gaia was a development that caught my attention. This development is situated close to amenities and within the vicinity of the Yishun MRT station. I was able to do a site visit and I was impressed by the quality of the development. The design of the units and the landscaping of the development looks great, and I'm sure future residents are in for a treat."

"It has been many years since EC was launch at Yishun. The last being Signature and Criterion which is either already old or too far away from Yishun MRT station. This EC location is much better!"
