"Spacious and quiet neighbourhood "

"Its very well located and easily accessible to many parts of Singapore. The estate has lots of greenery and as its in a Valley, the surrounding area is a very pleasant place to live in. Its very suitable for both the young and old as the amenities are all easily available wifhin the estate and outside the estate. The only problem is the estate is getting old and if sold individually, it will not command its actual value as compared to the surrounding residential estates. Its a valuable piece of land and a modern architect will be able to create a condusive and upgraded estate given the modern technological know how and the architecture designs "
