"the only problem with this project is the proximity to the expressway. Literally just next to it. If you are concerned about noise then don't consider this project. We visited the most premium block (the quietest one) yet you can still hear road noise if you are at the balcony or the living room. There are plenty of good projects to choose from, based on the psf. "
