"Name got Grand but still an EC at sumbang walk. Subsidised EC for those want condo feel. Hoping to huat when MOP. But now latest cooling measures, maybe not so huat. Heard price wise cheaper than Gaia. Last time, people say the price very grand but look at gaia. so which EC more grand Gd luck to grandians at sumbang walk when you MOP!"
