"It's one of those smaller executive condo (not a full pledged condo). Highest floor I believe is 8th story with an option to reach rooftop. Small pool in the middle and the gym is incredibly tiny that its essentially non-existent."

"Its a rather quiet place to stay except for the jet by the pool that splatter everyday from 8.30am till 8.30pm. Eateries are within walking distance, best for ppl working at Paya Lebar Cityhall. Tenants are mostly executives."

"Built by Fragrance Properties. 10-12 mins walk from Nex. Small free-hold project with only 99 rooms. My flat is facing the road so it's a bit noisy but balcony view is nice."
