"Mall doing promotion while stalls aren't aware they are involved or doing any such promo. Give lots of excuses such as manager didn't tell staff or such promo. Price in menu has changed compared to advertise usual price. Made known to 18 Tai Seng and have confirmed staff are all aware. Next excuse given was the promotion wasn't valid for weekend. Guess it's best avoid going there. As you will be given 1001 excuses to not honour the promotion."
