"I did not stayed there but rating them 1 star because my booking got cancelled by the hotel without any reason. Despite I ask them about the reason and no response. Request hotel manager to please extend courtsey to inform with correct reason for cancellation. If I had done the cancellation, I am sure hotel would have charged me hefty fees as a cancellation charge but for them nothing, they can cancel bookings without any reason or compensation."

"Best service from Cafe 2000 seafood buffet.. i was so impressed how Ms.Princess Kay can be a hostess and serve us at the same time, and each table and guest were really satisfied by her very caring and hospitable manner. And the food was awesome worth it for the price i paid. I will surely recommend the great service! Keep It up.. Hope to have more staff like her "
