"1. Location: Very convenient, right across Lor Chuan MRT, very well connected to all other MRT lines. Less than 5 min drive to CTE/PIE, yet situated in a quiet street. 2. Amenities: The estate is very well kept, spacious, has very good amenities : 3 tennis courts, squash court, basketball court, big pools and an inhouse minimart... The newly completed NTP+ mall is a plus with a nice supermarket, a food court, cafes and several restaurants. Nex mall is 10 min walk or 1 MRT stop away. International schools and local schools/NYJC within 500m. 3. About 370 units, good size with large spacious grounds."
