"Recent maintenance work has been very poorly done, without any apparent input or guidance from the original architects. The poor quality of paint work will almost certainly end up reducing the appeal and value of the condos - if not quickly rectified. The sad thing is - this place is extremely well-designed and incredibly well positioned (near the jungle.) It is quiet and the quality of air is wonderful. Prior to this latest work, the finish and maintenance was always first-class (we have lived here 7 years.) What a shame."
