Where would The Avengers live in Singapore?

In Avengers: End Game, Tony Stark was killed during the war with Thanos. Is there a possibility he may be revived? Imagine a scenario where he comes back and the Avengers moved to Singapore because it is one of the safest countries in the world. Where would they stay and how would their life be?
1. Iron Man

In the Iron Man films set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Tony Stark owns a huge seaside mansion set on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
For this reason, we think Pepper Potts and Tony Stark would live in a bungalow detached house in Sentosa Cove for its size, futuristic designs and most importantly, ocean views. Beside's that, they definitely need the space for their technology development projects.

2. Thor

In the blockbuster film Avengers: Endgame, Thor lived in a quaint fishing village with a pretty harbour amid rolling hills, known as New Asgard.
With this in mind, we think the perfect area for him in Singapore is a cluster housing project named Northshore Bungalows “hidden” near The Punggol Settlement. These exclusive 20 units only, freehold strata landed houses with shared facilities near the sea is an ideal location for Thor to build his New Asgard on our sunny island. His house would also have enough space to build a gym thus he can revert back to his fit body.

Since Captain America is a patriotic supersoldier, he likely wants to maintain a close connection with the US military forces in Singapore. While the US military forces maintain some operations in Sembawang, we think Paya Lebar is a more suitable housing location for Captain America so he can be near the Paya Lebar Airbase while still living near the city.
Among the condominiums within 2km of Paya Lebar Airbase, we think euHabitat would be a great place for Captain America to start a family with its numerous amenities including guesthouse, bbq pavilions, playground, gym and not just one but at least 4 pools.

As the villain always attacks the central business district of a country, she can attend to the threat earlier by living in a Singapore CBD Condo. Aside from her Avengers' duties, her eat, shop and play are just footsteps away!

Before becoming an Avenger, Captain Marvel is portrayed as an officer in the United States Air Force. So we imagine she would save time travelling to the Paya Lebar Airbase, where the United States Air Force operates in Singapore, by living nearby.

6. The Hulk

It was challenging to imagine where The Hulk would live since Bruce Banner has been known to live on the road, far away from cities.
Hulk is always angry and although he has calmed down in the Avengers: Endgame movie, it will be perfect for him to stay in an exclusive spacious house. Waking up to the lovely nature of horses and lush greenery is a good environment to keep him calm so that he will not go around smashing stuff again. At the same time, as he loves the attention we think that staying around Holland Village would be suitable for him as it is quite popular with crowds yet surrounded by greeneries. We agree living in a Good Class Bungalow around district 10 could be a great place for the Hulk to relax and stay calm.

7. Spider-Man

Even though Spider-Man is one of the highest-grossing franchise titles, he's actually just an average young guy who has not even graduated from high-school in the Avengers: Endgame movie - although in his own movie he is working as a photographer and has a crush on Jane Parker. Hence, unlike all the other superheroes featured in this series, we recommend he rents a HDB flat in the Central Area to be financially prudent and to be as near as possible to the action.
