Singapore-listed hospitality company Banyan Group (formerly Banyan Tree Holdings) has unveiled its latest residential development, Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach, marking the debut of its flagship brand Banyan Tree into the US.

“The United States represents an important market for Banyan Group, and American travellers have long been among our most valued guests across our resorts worldwide,” says Ho Kwon Ping, founder and executive chairman of Banyan Group.

Developed in partnership with Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development, the project comprises a single residential tower housing 88 private residences, offering a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments, along with a collection of penthouses.

The project brings together architecture by Pritzker Prize-winning Rem Koolhaas’ firm OMA, interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, and landscaping by Enzo Enea, marking the first collaboration between the four firms.

Residential amenities span multiple levels of the development, including a private porte cochère, a fully serviced resort-style pool and curated social and recreation spaces. Wellness facilities include a spa with treatment rooms, cryotherapy, a hammam and dedicated meditation areas

Located within West Palm Beach in South Florida, the development is within close proximity to amenities and lifestyle hubs such as ityPlace, Royal Poinciana Plaza, Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach joins the group’s portfolio comprising 100 hotels and resorts, over 140 spas and galleries, as well as over 20 branded residences in more than 20 countries.
