Banyan Group launches final phase of the Residences at Garrya Phuket

Singapore-listed hospitality firm Banyan Group has announced the launch of the final phase of its beachfront residential development, the Residences at Garrya Phuket. This comes after its first phase launched in March last year.

The property is located at the upcoming Garrya Phuket Hotel, which is part of Banyan Group’s Laguna Phuket integrated resort on Bang Tao Beach, along Phuket’s Central West Coast.

The latest phase offers two- and three-bedroom penthouses, each equipped with a private rooftop pool. Designed for investors, the apartments will be managed by Garrya Hotel Phuket as part of its hotel inventory, with owners entitled to annual personal use of their units.

Owners will enjoy full access to the hotel’s amenities, including a beachfront club and bar, multiple pools, and curated wellness and lifestyle facilities.

In addition to the newly-released penthouses, units from the first phase, including two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom penthouses, are also available. There are also a limited number of one-bedroom apartments, which are aimed at owner-occupiers.

The one-bedroom apartments will not be managed by Garrya Hotel Phuket. However, owners seeking rental returns can still opt to lease out the property through Banyan Living, Banyan Group’s rental platform.

Prices for The Residences at Garrya Phuket start from THB67.3 million ($2.72 million) for penthouses and THB15.4 million ($621,313) for one-bedroom units, with flexible payment plans available.

In addition to hotel amenities, homeowners will also benefit from the Laguna Advantage Programme, which provides complimentary first-year property management and insurance, as well as discounts on international school fees, healthcare services, and golf memberships.

Auto-enrolment into the Sanctuary Club allows owners to exchange their annual stay entitlement for complimentary stays across Banyan Group’s global portfolio. Membership at the Rava Beach Club is also included.

The Residences at Garrya Phuket is surrounded by a wide array of facilities, including fine-dining restaurants, luxury spas, boutique retail, and Laguna Golf Phuket. The wider estate is home to eight other hotels operated and managed by Banyan Group’s subsidiary, Laguna Resorts & Hotels.
