Banyan Tree launches Skypark, Phuket project in Singapore

International hotel operator and developer Banyan Tree Holdings will launch its 42nd project in Phuket, named Skypark, in Singapore on Aug 17 to 18.

The showcase will be held from 11am to 6pm at Hilton Singapore, and will offer buyers an early bird incentive of up to $34,000 in value.

Skypark, within the Laguna Phuket integrated resort development, comprises a collection of studios, and one- and two-bedroom condos from 301 to 646 sq ft, across three low-rise buildings housing 140 units each. The freehold residential property is developed by Laguna Resorts & Hotels under the Banyan Tree Group.

Skypark is within vicinity to Bang Tao Beach, and a variety of lifestyle and dining options such as the Boat Avenue shopping complex, as well as the upcoming Central Porto de Phuket boutique and dining complex.

Residents will enjoy views overlooking the Laguna Phuket Golf Course. There will also be co-living and co-working spaces spread across the development, as well as rooftop facilities such as an infinity-edge pool with a jacuzzi, a running track, large BBQ area, spacious sky deck, yoga space and open lawn. Meanwhile, a stand-alone service building will have a convenience store, café, reception, concierge service and storage lockers.

Homeowners at Skypark will enjoy complimentary membership of The Sanctuary Club, Banyan Tree’s property owners’ programme. Benefits include privileges across the Banyan Tree global network, comprising access to hotels and resorts, retail concepts and dining destinations, as well as the Laguna Phuket Golf Course. The group operates 49 hotels and resorts, 63 spas, 75 retail galleries, and three golf courses in 23 countries.

Owners whose properties are managed under a hotel-branded rental scheme may also exchange part of their annual entitlement for a complimentary stay at any destination within participating locations.

Homeowners at Skypark will get to choose from a range of furnishings and appliances. Foreign freehold ownership is available, subject to terms and conditions, states Banyan Tree.
