The latest transaction saw a 786 sq ft unit sold for $875,000 ($1,114 psf) in May. In the past six months, there were three rental contracts for 800 sq ft to 900 sq ft units at Bliss Loft with an average monthly rent of $2,633. This translates to a potential gross rental yield of 3.5% based on the asking price.
