Schools within a 1 km radius include Balestier Hill Primary School, Balestier Hill Secondary School and St Joseph Institution (Junior).

For the past six months, there were three contracts for 700 to 800 sq ft units in Bliss Loft. Monthly rents for these contracts averaged $2,750, or $3.67 psf, which translates into a potential gross rental yield of 3.7% based on the asking price of $890,000.
