SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - CBRE has appointed Clemence Lee as senior director of its Singapore capital markets team.
Lee brings with him eight years of real estate experience, representing clients in transactions of investment properties worth $10 million to $100 million. He will report to Michael Tay, head of capital markets, Singapore.
“[Lee’s] addition is part of our ongoing commitment to always deepen our capabilities across assets in achieving sustainable growth for the business.
