A 1,281-sq ft, three-bedroom unit at Avila Gardens on Flora Road has been listed on TheEdgeProperty.com at $1,035,000, or $808 psf. The Edge Fair Value, a valuation tool on The EdgeProperty.com, puts the indicative value of the property at $882 psf.
The property’s last transaction was in January 2016, when a smaller 893 sq ft unit was sold for $810,000, or $907 psf. The latest transaction involving a similar unit was in in November 2013, when another 1,281 sq ft unit changed hands for $1.2 million, or $937 psf.
