A home is a private sanctuary, a place to let down your guard. On the other hand, it is also a social venue for loved ones to gather.
Kopar at Newton, a stunning new development coming up in prime District 9, located right next to Newton MRT Station, allows you to do both. Since its launch in April, it has become the best-selling new launch development in the Core Central Region.
Pronounced “copper”, the property takes inspiration from the element, as evident from its copper-hued exterior and warm touches of rose gold within the development.
The development will be a sight to behold, especially when you are driving down Bukit Timah Road towards the city in the late evening. The first thing you will set your eyes upon is its clubhouse, adorned with expansive chandeliers made up of teardrop glass and copper beads shimmering in the light. But the true attractions lie beyond the gates.

Curated amenities to indulge and impress

We are social creatures. While downtime is important for quiet contemplation, we also enjoy connecting. Kopar at Newton’s façade is analogous to this; it is a mirror to the bustling city, yet its warm touches invite you in to rest and recharge. Its facilities create spaces for both social functions and quiet relaxation.
Let’s begin with the 38-metre long clubhouse named Stella, since it is where most form their first impression. Stella serves as a glamorous space to host gatherings for your loved ones, be it a birthday party, family cookout, or a mini gala cocktail party. It is here that you can tell at once that Kopar at Newton’s luxurious amenities deviate from cookie-cutter offerings.
The clubhouse has a gourmet dining area named The Connoisseur, equipped with top-of-the-line SMEG kitchen appliances including an induction hob with a downdraft hood, an oven, a steam oven, a refrigerator, and a wine cellar.
You can share your culinary exploits with your loved ones under a gorgeous chandelier made up of about 8,000 teardrop-shaped glass and copper beads.

The Sommelier, the other part of the clubhouse, provides a lounge area to relax and cosy up with glasses of your favourite wine or whisky. You can either use it as an enclosed space for an intimate gathering or combine it with The Connoisseur for larger functions. There is also a theatrette within the clubhouse.
Outside the clubhouse, The Courtyard offers a more casual outdoor atmosphere where guests can dine al fresco, or it can act as a pre-function area. Its design mirrors the interior with a matching chandelier overhead.
The second floor of the clubhouse houses a gym that overlooks the 50m infinity-edge lap pool. At the opposite end of the pool, you will find the Vita Gourmet pavilions that come with teppanyaki grills - great for a barbecue party.

The kids’ pool and two kid-friendly pavilions will serve as community spaces where parents and children can gather on weekends.
Once you are done with socialising or a long day at work, you may be in need of some quiet time to recharge. Escape to the Hydrotherapy Pool, away from the crowds. Or, choose between the Hot Spa pool, Cold Spa pool, or the Microbubble Spa, where oxygen-rich nano bubbles bounce off your skin as you soak — your personal onsen in your private residential compound.
There is even a private massage room and nail salon, for days when you wish to call in a private masseuse or manicurist to pamper yourself. Other facilities include a tennis court and steam room.
