EC site at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 released for tender

The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has released an Executive Condominium (EC) site for sale today under the Confirmed List of 1H2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The 99-year leasehold site, which is located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5, can yield an estimated 490 EC units.

We expect bidding to be conservative given the 2 EC projects in the vicinity that have yet to be launched, ranging from $280 to $320 psf ppr leading to a breakeven price of $600 to $650 psf and selling price of $750 to $780 psf.

The closing date for the tender is on 30 June 2015.
