Frasers Property, Far East Organization score wins at FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2022

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Frasers Property and Far East Organization are among this year’s winners at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards.
Frasers Property’s integrated development in Yishun - North Park Residences and Northpoint City each won an award. North Park Residences was named the World Gold Winner under the Residential Mid Rise category, while Northpoint City was recognised as the World Silver Winner in the Retail category.
The integrated development garnered the awards due to its customer-centric design and functionality as well as its positive impact on the community and environment, says Soon Su Lin, CEO of Frasers Property Singapore.
“We have successfully brought the 15-minute city concept to various parts of Singapore, as we create shared, vibrant places for the community to live, work, play and bond,” she adds.
This brings the total number of awards Frasers Property has won at both the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards and FIABCI Singapore Property Awards to 14, the group states in a June 9 press release.
Meanwhile, Far East Organization reaped a World Gold Winner award in the Office category for Woods Square. The integrated commercial development in Woodlands is a joint project by Far East Organization, Far East Orchard and Sekisui House. The award is Far East Organization’s 13th win at FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards through the years. “Winning this award spurs us to continue introducing well-received and relevant real estate products to the market,” says Marc Boey, executive director, property services and COO, Far East International.
