Infini at East Coast: Stay well-connected at Katong

The Katong area in District 15 is a unique and vibrant place to live in. Not only is it a heritage area, it has a plethora of local food options, yoga studios and gyms. Good schools abound from kindergarten to junior college levels, shopping centres are nearby and East Coast Park is just a stone’s throw away.

The rows of shophouses at the heart of Katong that house an eclectic mix of bars, bistros, laksa eateries and Peranakan restaurants are only about 500m away, opening up more options where residents of Infini can wine, dine and shop.
The development is a great home for families with growing children. It is within the 1km radius of reputable schools such as Tao Nan School and CHIJ (Katong) Primary School. Preschool children can go to Nafa Arts Kindergarten, a four-minute walk away, or Pat’s Schoolhouse at Katong, which is within a minute’s drive away. Chung Cheng High School (Main), Tanjong Katong Girls’ School, Tanjong Katong Secondary School and Victoria Junior College are coveted education institutions within the 3km radius.

The best part is, Katong and East Coast are well-connected by park connectors, so cycling to the leisure spots is safe and comfortable. One could even cycle all the way to Gardens by the Bay without going on the roads.
Inside the homes at Infini, buyers can expect quality fittings and appliances. For starters, the living and dining areas will come with full marble flooring. Buyers have a variety of choices within the five-storey building. On top of the two-, three- and four-bedroom units, there are eight three-bedroom dual-key units and eight four-bedroom dual-key units.
The three penthouses in the development are namely: a three-bedroom penthouse and maid’s room (1,604 sq ft), four-bedroom penthouse (1,636 sq ft) and four-bedroom penthouse and maid’s room (1,722 sq ft).
Prices at Infini start from $1,800 psf, which is a competitive price point for a freehold development in District 15. The project is slated for TOP in June 2022.
