JTC launches two Industrial GLS sites for 1H2020

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched two sites under the first half of the 2020 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.
Jalan Papan Plot 1 IGLS Programme

The first plot out of three Confirmed List sites to be launched is available for tender until April 21, 11am. Situated at Jalan Papan, it is 1.23ha in size, has a tenure of 20 years and a gross plot ratio of 1.4.
160 Gul Circle IGLS Programme
The 0.37ha site at 160 Gul Circle is available for application. (Location map: JTC)
The second site at 160 Gul Circle is available for application. It has an area of 0.37ha and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The site also has a 20-year tenure. It is the third out of five Reserve List sites for the 1H2020 IGLS Programme.

Based on the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if there is an offer with a minimum price that is acceptable to the government.
The government releases land parcels at regular intervals through the IGLS programme to ensure adequate supply of industrial space in Singapore.
