JTC launches two industrial sites

JTC has launched two sites under the Confirmed List on the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme. The two sites are Plot 8 at Tuas South Link 2 and Plot 11 at Tampines Industrial Drive.

The sites have a maximum GFA of 89,713 sq ft and 79,621 sq ft respectively. Both have 20-year leasehold tenures and are zoned for B2 development. Tender for the sites will close at 11am on 21 July 2015.

Separately, a reserve list site, Plot 5 at Tampines Industrial Drive, has been made available for sale. Reserve list sites will only be put up for sale if a developer’s indicated minimum price is acceptable to the Government.
