All access into the serviced residence is secured with keycard access to ensure residents’ safety. This makes your stay safer compared to rental alternatives that do not offer 24-hour security.
Hassle-free
FEH is one of the few serviced residence providers in Singapore where signing a lease is straightforward without requiring a lease agreement. Residents can deal directly with a service operator like FEH, or through a real estate agent. Renting a unit also does not involve a tenancy agreement, and FEH offers leases starting from just six nights.
For residents and property agents, this means that serviced apartments are an attractive option for short-term stays, especially since the use of private residential properties for short-term accommodation of less than three consecutive months remains illegal in Singapore, according to a URA announcement in March this year.
This also means that property agents will be able to earn commissions with each rental contract they close, including short-term stays. Since the apartment is managed by the operator, all subsequent follow-ups during or after the lease period will also be handled by the management of the serviced residence.

Unlike renting a unit in a private residential development like a condo, you pay an all-inclusive rental rate for serviced residences. This covers maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, Internet, cable TV, and even breakfast service at most FEH properties. This frees up the time that you’d need to handle these separate bills. You can simply move in with their bags in tow and settle comfortably into your new home.
Central location
FEH manges Orchard Parksuites and Far East Plaza Residences, two serviced residences on the bustling Orchard Road shopping belt. The prime shopping district is Singapore's retail heart and features luxury retail brands and concept stores, and department stores and discount outlets. On top of shopping choices, Orchard Road features restaurants, cafes, entertainment choices, and local delights.
Located off Orchard Boulevard, Orchard Parksuites is close to prominent shopping malls like ION Orchard, Wisma Atria, and Ngee Ann City. It also has excellent public transport connectivity via the adjacent Orchard MRT Interchange on the North-South line and upcoming Thomson-East-Coast Line.

The 223-room development offers a mix of units for leisure and business travellers. It has one-bedroom loft units of 635 to 829 sq ft that can accommodate up to two people. These duplex units can fit a king-sized bed and feature a fully furnished kitchen. Other amenities include Wi-Fi Internet access, breakfast, and laundry services.
The serviced residence also comprises two- and three-bedroom units, as well as 2,116 sq ft, four-bedroom apartments. The building features a swimming pool, Jacuzzi pool, sauna, tennis courts, a gym, BBQ pits, and a business centre.
Other centrally located serviced residences by FEH include Orchard Scotts Residences in the prime Newton area close to Orchard Road, and Regency House along Orchard Road.

The 140-unit Oasia Residence, Singapore was completed in 2016 and comprises one- and two-bedroom units and studios. The serviced residence features all-day security and hospitality services, such as tri-weekly housekeeping services. The building also has a lap pool, sky terrace swimming pool, an aqua gym, a gym, a sauna and steam room, and a rooftop tennis court.
In the northeast is Village Residence Hougang, located in one of Singapore’s popular suburban neighbourhoods. The serviced residence lies on top of the Hougang One Shopping Mall, and provides a range of convenient shopping and dining options including a supermarket and 24-hour food centre.
Village Residence Hougang is also close to business parks and industrial districts, such as Seletar Aerospace Park which is about a 10-minute drive away. Future nearby business districts include Punggol Digital District that will house the cybersecurity and digital technology industries.
