Luxury developer SC Global completes Petit Jervois

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - SC Global Developments announced on March 24 the completion of Petit Jervois, the first project from its Petit Collectibles collection, which features luxury projects with smaller unit sizes. Located at 33 Jervois Road in prime District 10 near the High Commission of Malaysia and Embassy of Indonesia, the freehold development comprises two residential blocks that are five storeys each.

Petit Jervois comprises one- and two-bedders ranging from 581 to 1,012 sq ft, in addition to a limited number of three-bedroom units with sizes between 1,044 to 1,292 sq ft. Prices for the apartments start from $1.6 million. To date, 13 or 24% of Petit Jervois’ 55 units have been sold to date at an average price of $2,825 psf, based on URA caveats lodged.

The development is located adjacent to a 6.2km park connector running along the river to Robertson Quay and Marina Bay on one side and through Alexander Park to the Southern Ridges on the other. Nearby neighbourhoods include Tiong Bahru, the riverside enclave of Robertson Quay and the Orchard Road shopping belt.
