New 999-year leasehold project Hill House to preview on Nov 5

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Hill House, a new residential project on 11 Institution Hill in prime District 9 is set to open for preview this Saturday, Nov 5.

The 72-unit project is jointly developed by a consortium of local companies led by privately held property developer Macly Group. The other stakeholders are Roxy-Pacific Holdings, and construction firm LWH Holdings.

The development’s unit mix comprises one- to three-bedroom units that range from 431–753 sq ft. According to the developers, a 431 sq ft, one-bedroom unit is expected to be priced from $1.29 million, while a 452 sq ft, one-bedroom-plus-study will start from $1.35 million.

A 624 sq ft, two-bedder is also expected to be priced from $1.78 million and a 753 sq ft, three-bedroom unit, from $2.1 million.

A 10% VIP preview discount for buyers will be available on Nov 12.

The development’s design is themed with a nature setting, and the amenities will include a floral garden, a zen garden, landscaped walkways, and a fernery. Overall, the condo features a minimal design with a “zen and woody natural palette”, the developers say.

The development is in the exclusive River Valley residential neighbourhood and is close to Robertson Quay and the Orchard Road shopping belt. It is also in proximity to Somerset MRT Station on the North-South Line.

The joint marketing agencies for Hill House are Huttons Asia, ERA Realty, and PropNex Realty. Hill House is expected to be completed by 3Q2026.
