SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Pan Pacific Hotels Group has announced the launch of two new hotels on Aug 25. In partnership with the manager Tokyu Hotels, the two hotels — Bellustar Tokyo, a Pan Pacific hotel; and Hotel Groove Shinjuku, a Parkroyal hotel — aim to accelerate Pan Pacific’s portfolio in Japan.
“Our two new hotels, situated in the heart of Shinjuku, will be a prime location to draw in international travellers and capture the global tourism demand,” says Choe Peng Sum, CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
Both hotels will be located in the new Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, Shinjuku’s landmark skyscraper designed by Kume Sekkei, the architectural firm responsible for the well-known contemporary Yayoi Kusama Museum in Tokyo. The opening of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is part of the city-wide Shinjuku Redevelopment Plan, along with other rejuvenation efforts, including an airport shuttle station and the incorporation of public spaces like Cinecity Square, an outdoor theatre space).

A double-storey duplex suite that spans the 45th to 46th floor has a living area, kitchen and bar. Round-the-clock butler service and in-room chef for a private dining experience are available upon request.
Located on the 18th to 38th floor, the rooms at the 538-key Hotel Groove Shinjuku rooms range from 226 to 657 sq ft. The interior is furnished with eclectic art and music scenes inspired by the nightlife and entertainment options in the Kabukicho district.
