PropNex appoints new chief commercial officer

Singapore’s largest listed real estate agency, PropNex, has appointed Priveen Raj Naidu as its chief commercial officer.

This newly-carved-out role at PropNex will see Naidu responsible for commercial strategy and development, to drive business growth and increase market share. Naidu will merge real estate and consumer insights to take PropNex from a property brand to a lifestyle one.

He is also responsible for developing higher efficiency of business units, while elevating the overall consumer experience with the brand in order to drive business growth and increase market share.

Naidu brings with him almost 20 years of experience in the service, hospitality and airline industries.

Ismail Gafoor, executive chairman and CEO of PropNex, says: “Priveen is going to bring on a game-changer within the real estate industry and consumer insights that will sharpen our business strategies as we extend beyond the traditional property business.”
