Soon Hock has sold 71% of strata industrial units at Stellar @ Tampines

Soo Hock Enterprise Holding announced that it has pre-sold an additional 24 units at Stellar @ Tampines, a nine-storey modern B2 industrial development. The options to purchase that were issued for the additional 24 units have to be exercised within a three-week timeframe.
This brings total sales to 222 (71%) out of a total of 311 strata-titled units for sale in the industrial building. It is an increase from 168 units sold as at Oct 15, according to the company.
Located at 12 Tampines North Drive, the building comprises a ramp-up factory building with 307 production (industrial) units, alongside the Stellar Promenade, a retail podium with four F&B units along a 24-hour pedestrian linkway. The building is zoned for B2 general industrial use, and has a 30-year lease with effect from Aug 14, 2023.
The project is expected to obtain a partial Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by the end of this year, with full TOP anticipated by March next year. Its estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) stands at $326.5 million.
Walter Tan Min Loon, executive director and CEO of Soon Hock Enterprise, attributes the sales to Stellar @ Tampines’ flexible layouts, functional design, and future-ready features.
At the recent EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2025, Stellar @ Tampines was named Top Industrial Development, a recognition that Tan says, “reflects Soon Hock Enterprise’s commitment to creating adaptable, practical industrial spaces that support business growth and innovation”.
