TA Corp wins $180 million JTC contract

On Dec 12, Mainboard-listed property and construction group TA Corporation announced that it won a $180 million contract from JTC – for a building development project to be completed over 28 months. Work is slated to begin on Dec 26.
TA Corp’s order book as at Sept 30 stands at $96 million (which will be delivered progressively over 2018) – according to its most recent corporate presentation. This includes a $174 million contract for the construction of the 500-unit Highline Residences (below) – awarded by Keppel Land – that is slated for completion this December.
