Three-storey conservation shophouse in Boat Quay on the market for $10.8 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A three-storey conservation shophouse at 17 Circular Road, in the Boat Quay Historic Conservation District, is on the market at a guide price of $10.8 million, or $3,913 psf on the floor area, says Savills, which is marketing the property.

The 999-year leasehold shophouse occupies a land area of about 950 sq ft and has a total built-up area of about 2,760 sq ft.

It is currently fully tenanted, with the ground floor leased out to a F&B establishment, the second floor to a shop, and the third floor to a gym.

The shophouse is within walking distance to Clarke Quay MRT Station on the North East Line.

As the property is zoned for commercial use, foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the property and no additional buyer stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty will be imposed on the transaction. (See: Find Singapore commercial properties with our commercial directory)

The expression of interest exercise will close on Sept 30, Thursday, at 3pm.
