Two industrial sites launched under 2H2019 IGLS programme

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC launched two sites under the 2H2019 industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme on Dec 31 last year. The sites will be at Jalan Papan and Tuas Avenue 6.

This launch is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development, says JTC.

The sites each have a gross plot ratio of 1.4, a 20-year tenure, and are zoned under B2 or Business 2.

The Jalan Papan (Plot 6) site is the last of four Confirmed List sites for the 2H2019 IGLS programme. It has an area of 0.66ha, and the tender will close at 11am on Feb 25.

The site at Tuas Avenue 6 has an area of 0.55ha and the tender will close at 11am on Feb 11. This site was made available for application through the Reserve List system under the 2H2019 IGLS Programme.

According to JTC, it has received an application for this site to be put up for public tender, with a minimum committed bid price of $2.55 million.
