The Wilshire up for collective sale at $1,525 psf ppr
On Dec 28, The Wilshire at Farrer Road was put up for sale with an asking price of $98.07 million, or $1,525 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr). The property sits on a freehold land area of 39,130 sq ft with a plot ratio of 1.6 under the 2014 Master Plan. This means the site can be redeveloped into a new 12-storey project with a maximum gross floor area of 64,310 sq ft.
The property is located in prime District 10 in the neighbourhood of Holland-Farrer Roads, within 700km of the Farrer Road MRT station on the Circle Line. The existing 20-unit freehold condominium block was developed in 1984. Other new developments in the area include the 1,715-unit d’Leedon, the 132-unit Waterfall Gardens and the 106-unit Pollen & Bleu.
The tender for The Wilshire will close on Jan 25, 2018. Savills Singapore is the marketing agent.
