"Underrated and underpriced condo! Building facade got newly repainted.. it has got nice pool and facilities at level 6. Super near to MRT, AMK hub. 6 stops to Orchard And 2030 cross island line upcoming. This place psf will surge to 1800$ in time to come!"

"Rent is over price, MRT station, Bus Terminal and Street noises will disturb any resident of this building. We did not visited the apartment before renting as we were in rush to pick an apartment, I strongly suggest you to look at other options (Buy or Rent). Except those 2 problems, the global condition of the building is very good, nice (50m) water pool, gym, bbq pit, tennis court, very close to mall and commerces."
