New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Negative experience with building security on May 25th 22 at 8:30am. A large truck was parked on the side walk blocking pedestrians and the alternative walk way adjacent to bus was also blocked due to construction. I raised to building security outside the tower that the truck should be not be allowed to park on the sidewalk. His response to me was that I should raise it to building management. Extremely poor attitude - its not my problem. He wouldnt even look into the situation."

"Went to this place for a course which was held for 2 days.Nearest MRT station would be Bugis but u still need to walk abit.The rooms were big and alot of tables and chairs for us to sit outside the classroom for our tea break. Free coffee, tea and biscuits.High-rise buildings and the view was awesome.Toilets were clean but small as only had 3 cubicles. There's a Sandwich Shop at Level 1.And also a Food Court at Basement. Nothing much to eat. Only 2 or 3 stalls were open and it was crowded too. And there's Starbucks at Gateway West at Level 1.Anyways if you wanna go for lunch, I would suggest u go out and eat."
