Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"I was recommended to my financial advisor, Andrea, by my boyfriend last year. I am so glad and fortunate to have met such a great and attentive financial advisor like him. Honestly, I never give "effective" financial planning a thought till I met Andrea. He listens and understands my financial background before adding in his own professional input. "Jack Oh is my asset manager. He had personally experienced the process as a client before and he is a walking example of how the set up by Unicorn can help individuals in planning their finances. You feel confident given that he has first hand experience and benefited from the process. As such, you too feel confident. He also is calm which helps in understanding and does not have that vibe of hard selling like what i had experienced before from previous experiences. Also, different than other bodies that are under the flagship of specific companies, you will not feel burdened or forced to take up a product that is the only one on offer. There are several products that can be used apart from only one which will be best suited to your needs. Relationship wise, its always touching that jack keeps close contact with us and he remembers our childrens names. To him, relationships are very important and he will make sure to make you feel valued, which is important. All in all, it has been a special experience."

"Good hospitality and friendly environment, would recommend for people who doesn't know and have yet to know about investing and financial planning. Staffs here provide detailed planning on each individual and works towards the life goal. Also there's free food another plus point. I was brought in by Alicia and have to say despite being a client, she really show great professionalism and really took the effort to work towards her client goals.
