"Crown jewel project in the area in terms of price point and affordability. Fantastic central location just 2-3 mins walk from Potong Pasir MRT brings untouched convenience, not to mention numerous variety of food options and supermarkets (NTUC, Sheng Siong) and Poiz Mall located just a stone's throw away. Prices haven't been moving much 'cos it's mainly foreign-occupied, but it's freehold tenure makes it a super attractive and safe investment. Rentability is unmatched for its location, and it is also great for own stays and families. "

"MRT and many amenities within 3mins walk. Able to enjoy the convenience nearby without having to face the noise of busy crowds. Side gate opens directly to a bus stop. Stacks facing One Leicester enjoys the quietness as it is away from the major roads, some stacks have an unblocked view as there is a row of landed houses opposite 18 Woodsville. Facilities well-maintained and area is mostly breezy. A huge plus is the units do not have bay windows, as compared to other older condos in the area. An often overlooked gem in Potong Pasir. Those interested in this area should definitely view this condo. "

"A Freehold hidden gem in Potong Pasir. Less than 2 Min walk to Potong Pasir MRT by SP setia. Affordable quantum to buy for investment compared to other new launches. Easy to find tenant and ample car-parking lots. Many amenities nearby being the plus point. "

But having an unqualified neighbor like you makes me feel very troubled every day. I am already collecting evidence of your noise harassing residents and preparing to call the police"
