"Visited the estate of my friend's. Its facade beats most of the surrounding condos around it, even the newer ones tend to look the same. Balcony is big though, but friend has transformed it to a beautiful garden. As well as a space big enough to work on his DIY projects. Staying on the higher floor, his block has clear view of Bedok reservoir and faces temasek poly, he claims the hills beyond is Batam! Their side gate, has a busstop. Direct bus to orchard, 518, twenty minutes. It was super convenient for me to head to town after visit. The Caltex station though... Not sure, but my day at friend's place no smell or anything. Could be a convenience if one drives. In summary, nice and small estate, away from bustling Tampines central."

"Commenting as a visitor, but there's nothing much for me to comment about residences other than its view. The insides is subject to one's preference, so if you are an interested buyer, visit it for yourself. But the view is not too bad for some of the units where you can get a clear view at the sky, and I like that part."

"Seems like a decent condo and in good condition compared to other condos of similar age. The pool is huge, each block has its own security. Only down part is that it doesn't have many amenities close by and is a bit out of the way."
