"First bad review ever. The worst experience ever. I didnt know I need the reservation for swimming pool and the only staff here literally shouted at me and dragging me out of swimming pool. How great is that. Let alone the smallest room and only once a week cleaning service."

"We stayed at the Ariva for about a month when arriving in Singapore. Our studio was small (exactly as advertised) but super functional with everything we needed. The staff is super helpful and attentive. We requested an outside table and chairs and are were immediately granted with them. The street is super calm (save for the huge construction site just in front of the building, but after sometime you hardly even notice it). All in all, would def recommend."
