"Worst condo i have been. Unfriendly staff, whether managment or security and units are noisy due to heavy traffic on both roads around the condo. Why are their balconies if you can't even sit there cause of the noise! To me totally overpriced and overrated."

"Gorgeous place, greenly condo and well maintenance, and very clean environment if compare with bartley ridge and bartley residences, also very convenient if heading to town, east or Paya Lebar. Just dont have much amenities like hawker and supermarket, but location is really good."
