"One of the rare family oriented condo right within central Orchard. It has the largest land area within Cairnhill and a child friendly environment. A 3min stroll via the Emerald Hill back gate brings you right in the core of Orchard road but with none of the noise."

"Perfect location 7mins walk to Paragon, Somerset Mrt and Newton Hawker Centre! Easily accessible from the CTE and just before the ERP gantry. Project has a back entrance leading to Emerald Hill. Near to good schools and amenities. Perfect place to take evening strolls at Orchard after dinner and back home. All units facing the landscape and facilities of the condo with mostly unblock views across Emerald Hill to MBS. Efficient and squarish layouts with no wastage of space! "
