"Avoid renting the dual key unit on the 5th floor. The landlord was supposed to return my deposit 14 days after my lease ended, now six weeks later still no refund. They eventually sent my deposit back after deducting a substantial amount for no reason. They also took forever to get anything fixed and made stuff up to charge me when I moved out. The building has 10 steps at the entrance with no lift so movers may charge more for moving in or out."

"It's a very small development with mechanical parking and you need to climb the stairs to get to lift lobby. There is no security manning the place and it's purely by access card."
