According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Good location but that's about it. It's old and spacious. pool is nice but pretty much only amenity worth mention. Cannot be compared with the other condos in the area. Staff from the guards that sleep at their post to condo Management is just plain awful and should be replaced ASAP. It's definitely a condo where you go for sleep and then get away."

"Slightly old condo but very spacious units with great light and ventilation. Most higher floor units have god views of the river. Very conveniently located for walking to Stadium MRT and very near the bus stop. MRT construction can be a little noisy though."

"Neighbours are mostly expats, which is not surprising since Casuarina Cove has good access to the MRT and near Tanjong Katong road. Great view of the bay too."
