"Simple apartment in very good location. Alot of ameties to explorer. Nearest mall is city square mall, walking distance around 20mins. Common area well maintained. As this is apartment, there is no garden or playground. Most of units are studio size. Standard facilities like swimming pool and gym are available."

"Its an upcoming area especially for cavan road as there are a number of en blocs coming up around the street . Am looking forward for more vibrant cafes , shops , etc in this ever bustling area. New apartments will be at the front and back of cavan road .Prices for properties and rental will definitely gradually go upslope in this area in the coming years ."
