Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Pet chicken whole day crowing that disruption of peaceful for people that need rest during the day. No mgt or authority does any action. Night time drunken and crime dealer along the street disturbing. Resident esp tenants planned to quit this premises. New tenant think twice before u go for it."

"Rent a unit at #04-08, corner unit, narrow corridor, have to walk past neighbors who place their shoe racks and further reducing the pathway. As it is a corner unit. The afternoon sun will heat up the whole unit. The owner scam the rental deposit upon returning the unit. Be wary!"

"I had this unit because one property management Leader SG Pte LTD scam. When move in give simple agreement, after move they ask you download their apps n then give more rules in the contract. Worst is tenant pay for all spoilt item such as Aircon, cooking stove, fridge etc, also have to pay more for water electricity bill which didn't show proof of the bill. Dislike this company anytime changing clause and force you to accept. Won't recommend tenant to move in and owner to stay away from this property copany."
