The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Great location with sheltered walkway to MRT station. Some units have unblocked landed view. Convenient for drivers as it is located near PIE exit. Facilities are great and the landscape is unique. "

"Amazing place, great location and generous amount of space! One of the older condo's - it is very close (7 mins leisurely walk from the Condo to the MRT and dont have to spend more on the condo's opposite the MRT. For the size of the estate, all facilities akin to a larger estate are available. 24 hrs Fairprice, food options close by, very close to the airport and great connectivity (Bus, train and close to the PIE/ECP). "

"Stayed here for a few months at unit facing hospital. At night the road is quite noise due to motorbikes speeding up at traffic light. The most disturbing noises coming from ambulance sirens, so loud even with ear plug also could not help. Hard to have peaceful rest. Condo facility is quite decent and well maintain."

"Best condo in SIMEI, love the clubhouse the most, do you all know clubhouse here have a mahjong room Theres karaoke room as well! Amazing right The penthouse is the best layout, with Junior master bedroom en-suite. Im working on it, to get 1 unit there in 2022! Help me live my dream ! The lap pool is also great size, with children pool as well. Well maintained project !"
