"It is a condominium of 42 years. It is a 4-storey walk up in three connected blocks of 48 flats in total. Covered carpark for residents. Mostly owner occupied. The rest are rentals. Young couples with children, single and married working adults, students (primary and secondary), elderly couples who have lived here since the condo was built. Swimming pool, 24hr security guards. Near malls, schools, hospitals, churches, MRT and buses. No wet markets nearby. Limited parking lots for guests."
